Pay rates range from $45.00 to $49.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience.

Qualifications

 Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

 

  • Must hold valid RN license in Arizona
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Administrative and management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current CPR Card.
