  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    • Provides and assures quality care for patients of all ages, including neonatal through geriatrics. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, provides effective management and support for employees.

    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    • The Ambulatory Surgery Center provides pre, intra and post op care to surgical and procedural sedation patients. We provide service for the patient population of pediatrics, adolescents, adult and elderly patients. We work with a variety of provider specialties in caring for people having outpatient surgery.

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Current unencumbered Oregon RN License required. BSN preferred.
    • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.
    • One (1) year RN experience required.
    • Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.
    • Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
    • GSR Surgery Ambulatory Asb:
      • ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
