Shift: Nights
Salary Range: $52.22 – $77.59 per hour (actual hiring rate is based on collective bargaining agreement)
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical Unit, you will:
- Provide safe, compassionate, and effective patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on patient needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Support patients and families through clear communication and education
- Maintain documentation in accordance with hospital and unit standards
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
- Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire
- At least one year of RN experience required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Per diem caregivers enjoy a variety of valuable incentives and supports, including:
- Competitive shift differentials (up to $7.00/hour for night shift)
