Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Nurse Manager Telemetry Services at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, you’ll help manage the day to day operations for inpatient Tele services across three units, and act as the conduit between Tele staff and Hospital leadership teams. You will communicate the organization’s goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.

Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and, above all, be an educator at heart. Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure: 
  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
