About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Palm Beach. In this role, you will provide proactive, longitudinal skin care—including full-body skin exams, early detection of skin cancer, and interpretation of Vectra 3D total body imaging—with the support of a world-class team and advanced diagnostics. You will also collaborate with internal medicine, pediatric and specialty colleagues in a modern, tech-enabled, high-touch environment to provide medical dermatology and case management for chronic skin conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct early detection and prevention full body skin exams for adults by leveraging Vectra 3D imaging to identify changes, guide biopsies, and support timely intervention.
  • Act as primary liaison with off-site dermatologists caring for our members to provide coordinated care and best-in-class medical care for skin lesions requiring biopsy, excision, or close follow up.
  • Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions including warts, acne, eczema and other conditions.
  • Participate in dermatology research initiatives with Vectra 3D technology, advancing data-driven, cutting-edge skin health and cancer prevention studies
  • Coordinate closely with primary care clinicians and across disciplines to deliver integrated, personalized care
  • Deliver care in multiple formats: in-clinic, via telemedicine, and occasional home visits
  • Participate in ongoing innovation, quality improvement, and education

  • Nurse Practitioner’s licenses in the state of FL
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in medical dermatology required
  • Proficiency in punch biopsy and minor procedures of medical dermatology preferred
  • Licensed  in FL (required)
  • Dermoscopy experience (preferred) or willingness to learn dermoscopy
  • Technology proficient and able to trouble shoot and work with the systems required for care
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team-based care
  • Work onsite 5 days per week
  • Comfort working in a modern, tech-enabled practice
