Position Summary:

As the Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff during your assigned shift, ensure high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and act as a key leader in our clinical team. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for a strong communicator and compassionate caregiver.

Schedule Options:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Must be available to work every other weekend

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of New York (Required)
1+ year of nursing experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (Preferred)
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience (Preferred)
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Must be reliable and a team player

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
Coordinate resident care and ensure compliance with care plans
Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies
Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on concerns
Serve as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and management
