How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. SUMMARY: In need of a LPN or a RN in which the individual would be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
