Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, supporting them with daily living activities, personal care including bathing, dressing and transfers

  • Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

  • Encouraging independence, safety, and well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment

  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating with family members and healthcare professionals as needed

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our organization

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation
