LPN Responsibilities

Monitor, record, and report vital signs
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and eating
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide compassionate care, education, and emotional support to residents and families

LPN Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania LPN license
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
