Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Reading, PA!

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. 

Pay range: $25.25.50-$32/Hour


Available Shifts:

  • FT /PT 7am-3pm,  3pm-11pm and 11pm-7 am 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse of this state

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

  • Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
