Come join our team and love what you do!   We are currently hiring a full time Licensed Psychiatric Tech (LPT)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Fremont Hospital! The LPT/LVN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse providing nursing care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary treatment team and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders. 

 

Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 145-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Qualifications

EducationGraduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

Experience:  Minimum one (1) year in psychiatric setting preferred.

 

Licensure/Certifications: Licensed to practice from the State Board of Nursing (LPT/LVN License).
