Responsibilities:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for residents.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in accordance with the state of Ohio.

Hold a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at the level needed to assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.

Board Certified

Psychiatric experience required.

Geriatric experience preferred.

Active DEA required.
