Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) *8-Week Local Contract*

Location: Aspire Senior Living of Oak Grove - Oak Grove, MO

Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (with possibility of full-time employment)

Shift: NIGHTS 12hrs

Salary: $40/ hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for an 8-week local contract. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.

- Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
