Essential Functions:

  • Lead and guide our nursing team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions, provide clinical oversight, and address any health concerns.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Handle any emergencies with confidence and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Leadership experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
