What You’ll Do

Perform comprehensive wound assessments for new and existing residents
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized wound care treatment plans
Administer advanced wound care treatments, including dressing changes and infection prevention measures
Track healing progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and care techniques
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff for coordinated, quality care
Maintain accurate documentation for clinical and insurance requirements

What We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Proven experience in wound care; WCC certification preferred but not required
Strong understanding of wound healing, infection control, and treatment protocols
Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
