Summary

Summary

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. IV certification required.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.
