As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Support adults with developmental disabilities in their daily routines (meal prep, light housekeeping, hygiene, mobility, etc.)
Provide attention to their non-medical needs, along with community outings, appointments, and social activities
Encourage independence and personal growth
Provide companionship, emotional support, and a positive environment
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
