Key Responsibilities

Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring a comfortable environment.
Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures, providing support to ensure efficient and effective care.
Perform basic lab tests and manage the preparation of specimens for laboratory analysis.
Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Schedule patient appointments and provide outstanding customer service during office communications.
Educate patients about treatment plans, prescribed medications, and proper skincare routines.
Ensure examination rooms are well-prepared, clean, and stocked with necessary medical supplies.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant certification program is preferred.
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dermatology and aesthetics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software is a plus.
