Men's Residential Nurse Manager Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services Trumansburg The Nurse Manager oversees nursing services across two substance use treatment programs, providing clinical leadership and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Lead and coordinate the nursing staff across two clinics, setting standards for evidence-based care in substance use treatment. Staff Supervision and Development: Oversee RNs, LPNs, and MAs, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
