Our Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your team.

Current Client Needs:

  • Open to short 2 to 5 hour shifts 
  • Example shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PM 
  • Available for clients in Renton – SeaTac– Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas!
  • Transfer Experience (Hoyer Lift)
  • Memory Care Experience

Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Cooking and/or serving meals
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
  • Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
  • Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
  • The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
  • Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
  • Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app

We are looking to hire individuals who are passionate about providing care that increases the quality of life for our clients and keeps them safe and independent. To support you in doing this crucial job, we provide 24 hour on-call support, continuing education and training, competitive wages and benefits, as well as paid time off. Compensation: The hourly rate for our lead caregiver is $24.50 per hour. Description What will you do? Our Lead Caregivers are experienced Care Professionals who can help us with our most critical shifts. Fill-ins, new clients, and training peers that need a little extra support. Your primary activities will still include supporting your clients in activities of daily living such as: cooking and/or serving meals helping client’s bath, dress, and groom assisting with household chores such as cleaning and laundry driving clients to the store or appointments being a companion and joining with them in their everyday activities and hobbies monitoring and reporting on client condition and more!
