What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
Support restorative care efforts and promote resident independence

What We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Dependable, compassionate, and professional team player
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Committed to providing quality care and maintaining a reliable shift history
