An opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve the K-12 special education district as a full-time itinerant school nurse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing general nursing duties for students and staff as the district float RN

  • Traveling between different campuses within the special education district to ensure consistent nursing care

This role is onsite with a structured Monday to Friday schedule. Hours vary slightly depending on the campus visited:

  • Maywood Campus: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Lodi Campus: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will not be considered
  • Comfortable with conducting in-person interviews during the hiring process
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations throughout the school district
