NOW HIRING: SAR Unit Manager (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAR Unit Manager (RN) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced rehab environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit

  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards

  • Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

  • Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)

  • Previous experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
