About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MSU team. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, monitor for withdrawal symptoms, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and case managers to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas.
- Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Psychiatry).
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
