RN/LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and oversee the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to promote professional growth and development
Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

RN/LPN Charge Nurse Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
