About the Role:
This position blends hands-on nursing care with leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff, maintaining high standards of care, communication, and teamwork.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has prior leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
Communicates clearly and compassionately
Can prioritize resident care and support staff during the night shift
Brings strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered Ohio Nursing License (LPN or RN)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
