You’ll work side-by-side with RNs, CNAs, and providers in a team nursing model, so you’re never alone. We believe in supporting LPNs including new grads and helping you build confidence from day one. • Occasional younger patients  You’ll see a wide age range, which means every day is different and you’ll learn something new with every patient.

  • Hands-on care: Take vitals, give meds, help with daily needs, and keep an eye on patient progress.
  • Post-op support: Monitor surgical sites, reinforce discharge instructions, and flag any changes.
  • Chart like a pro: Document in Meditech EHR (Idaho Board of Nursing standards apply).
  • Team vibes: Work in a collaborative care pod with RNs, CNAs, and providers—because teamwork = better care.
