Key Duties:

Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.
Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.
Communicate any observations of changes in a resident’s status to the nursing team.
Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.
Support residents’ emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.
Perform other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
