Responsibilities of a LPN:
· Licensed Vocational Nurse will care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
· Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide basic patient care and treatment
· Licensed Vocational Nurse will collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
· Licensed Vocational Nurse will educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications of a LPN:
ü Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of California
ü Certification program completed as an LVN
ü CPR/BLS certification
