    • Skills: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Arterial line management, Central line care/management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Phlebotomy, IV vasopressors, Ortho trauma, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Care of Ventilated Patient, CPAP/BiPAP, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Triage, Isolation Precautions
    • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, NIHSS
    • Licensure: OH License or Compact License. Quick License State (Application process takes 2 weeks or less!)

This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care for obstetric patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies. The OB RN will coordinate and evaluate nursing care for acute care patients, perform a variety of professional nursing duties, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment. This role requires strong judgment, supervisory ability, and a commitment to continuous growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized and comprehensive nursing care in the Obstetrics unit. Maintain accountability for nursing care and delegate tasks as appropriate. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Address patient and family education and discharge planning needs. Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of care.
