Assists the facility in implementation of policies and procedures as it relates to restorative nursing and care reporting of resident condition, and level of assistance needed to ensure appropriate service delivery, offer accurate documentation on the MDS and State and Federal reimbursement requirements; coordinates determining Assessment Reference Dates to ensure appropriate RUG scores.
