Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registers Nurse (RN).  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents. 

 Registers Nurse (RN) Key Duties 

      Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.

·       Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.

·       Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.

·       Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

·       Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

·       Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Registers Nurse (RN) Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid RN license in the state of PA.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
