Position Summary

Clinician member of the MultiCare Medical Partners multidisciplinary team delivering population-based care. The ARNP will provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on prevention, chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse patient populations. This role requires collaboration with physicians, RNs, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists and other professionals to optimize the health of MultiCare communitiesResponsibilities Direct Patient Care • Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, develop plans, and prescribe medications for patients across the lifespan • Diagnoses and treats acute and chronic disease using evidence-based guidelines • Provides preventive care, health education and counseling to individuals and families • Timely and accurate documentation, inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care • Participates in the coverage for clinic colleagues per departmental guidance • Participates in after-hours call coverage per departmental guidance Multidisciplinary Collaboration • Participates in multidisciplinary meetings, care reviews and care planning • Coordinates care with all members of the delivery team • Contributes to the development and improvement of population-based care Population Health Management • Utilizes data and risk stratification tools to prioritize our patients at greatest risk to prioritize outreach • Engages in quality improvement focused on health outcomes, cost effectiveness and cost reduction • Supports transitions of care and reduced readmissions and ED use Citizenship • Demonstrates the MultiCare values of compassion, stewardship, kindness, joy collaboration and respect • Adheres to MultiCare policies and processes Requirements • Maintains active Washington State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license • DEA, and state prescriptive authority • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $141,394.00 - $149,996.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
