Job Summary:

Granbury Rehab & Nursing, a premier skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LVN to join our team! As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our 95-bed facility offers a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including wound care, medication management, and education

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans

  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, including vital signs and lab results

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas

  • Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
