Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during assigned shifts
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
Promote a resident-centered approach to care

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license (state-specific)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term or skilled nursing care
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
CPR certification required
