Your Nighttime Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on, overnight care for residents
Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort measures
Monitor resident safety and well-being during overnight hours
Make rounds every 2 hours
Ensure a calm, clean, and restful environment
Document and report changes to the Charge Nurse or RN
Follow all facility procedures and safety protocols
