Education Requirements:

Current RN License and ACLS Certification

Job Requirements:

Vascular Access/PICC experience preferred
Effective communication and excellent customer service, interpersonal and critical thinking skills required
Ability to function independently and exercise judgement in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
Ability to place peripheral IVs and mid-lines in addition to placing PICC lines with ultrasound
Ability to assist MDs with central line insertions at bedside
