Position: House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Regency Hospital - Meridian, MS

Schedule: Full-time Night Shift

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
  • Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
  • Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
  • Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
  • Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
  • Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
  • BSN is preferred.

Assists in interviewing applicants and recommends hiring of staff and scheduling. Participates in orientation and in-service education training. Participates in performance reviews and personnel files; enforces the personnel policies of the facility, including disciplining and terminating employees. Assists Director of Nursing in ensuring compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel and ensuring that all regional policies/procedures are implemented.
