Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated RN/PRN to join our passionate team. In this role, the RN will supervise, mentor, and support Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and help develop and sign off on customized care plans for patients. Train our care team on a customized assigned care plan. All in line with the policies and procedures set by A Place at Home and the state of Florida.

What You’ll Do

Review and sign off on all personalized client care plans.
Validate skills through AHCA-approved skills assessments
Evaluate and approve CNA, HHA, and Caregiver competency assessments.
Ensure all services meet Florida state regulations and agency standards.
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers as needed.

Education/Skills Requirements:

Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution

Willing to undergo a background check,
complete a drug test, and be subject to random testing thereafter. Written AHCA-approved testing
