Records and reports observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in patient condition to Provider and/or R N and assists in analyzing and interpreting patient data . II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program . 2. Current Massachusetts licensure required . 3.
