We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership of our long-term care facility. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff development.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with day-to-day clinical operations

Support and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
-
Assist with audits, surveys, and plan of correction processes
-
Participate in staff education, training, and performance management
-
Promote a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
-
Support infection control, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)

Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
