Civita Care Center at Cheshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for working with seniors and delivering top-quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
Administer and record medications and treatments
Assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families
Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
Maintain accurate patient charts and document responses to nursing care
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned
