Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor –Day (7 AM - 3 PM or Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Schedule | Open to 8- or 12-hour shifts

We are currently hiring for both:
Evening Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
Day Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
We are open to candidates interested in either 8- or 12-hour shifts. A rotating schedule with every other weekend is required.

Role Overview:
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide essential leadership and oversight during your scheduled shift. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive attentive, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented atmosphere
Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision as needed
Assess residents’ conditions and respond to their changing healthcare needs
Administer medications and treatments with precision and accountability
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ overall well-being
What You’ll Need:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (Required)
Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred – Especially in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to high standards of patient care
A professional and approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork
