Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance

  • Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude

  • Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed

  • Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team

  • Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

  • Travel with resident to doctor appointments

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license from the State of Iowa
