Job Responsibilities

Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
Travel with resident to doctor appointments

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant license from the State of Iowa
