SUMMARY
As a Registered Nursing Student, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by rotating through three different acute care units. This experience allows nursing students to work with diverse patient populations and gain exposure to varying levels of acuity. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care while supporting treatment plans. You will also play an important role in maintaining the organization and smooth operation of the patient care unit, helping to ensure both unit success and a positive experience for Rochester Regional patients.

We have immediate opportunities for Registered Nursing Students seeking to work on a Per Diem basis as a Patient Care Technician. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience at the bedside! Students must be available to complete work shifts during the school year and complete the full clinical orientation prior to picking up shifts. Clinical Orientation is generally 8 to 9 shifts.

Minimum Requirements: Enrolled and matriculated in an accredited registered nursing program.

Preferred Requirements: Completed either 1 (one) semester of Clinical rotations and / or Fundaments of Nursing
