Harrison Pavilion is currently hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during 8-hour weekend night shifts. This position focuses on leadership, safety, and maintaining consistent care quality for residents overnight.

Position Overview – Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor
The Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor provides direction and oversight to nursing staff throughout the night. The RN Supervisor ensures clinical quality, promotes a calm and organized environment, and serves as the key decision-maker for any resident or staff needs that arise.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care.
Support clinical decisions, documentation, and communication between shifts.
Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions when necessary.
Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal health regulations.
Promote teamwork, integrity, and safety during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care.
