Job Summary:

TLC Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Waikoloa Village, HI. As a Caregiver with TLC Care Services, you will have the opportunity to provide non-medical care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team members are crucial to the delivery of high-quality care, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as needed

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred, but willingness to learn and grow is essential

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and withstand frequent standing, walking, and bending

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required
