? Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to the RN or physician
  • Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Uphold infection control and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

✅ Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
