We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ health conditions and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team
  • Deliver care for residents with dementia, IV therapy, dialysis, wound care, and other specialized needs
  • Assist in implementing individualized Care Plans to support residents’ well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and healthcare staff
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
