About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift, you will help ensure the safety and comfort of residents while providing skilled nursing care during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
Monitor resident health and report changes to the RN or physician.
Supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality overnight care.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing home procedures.

Qualifications
